She has alot of professional connections and is good at getting updates done with a budget. We had the offer we wanted in a day or two of us listing and had it sold within a few weeks. She helped walk us through all steps, costs, fees, etc. She was great at communicating through entire process from the updates on home through the entire sale and close process. She was at EVERY SINGLE meeting with us, went to all the inspections with us and was even willing to go without me and FaceTime me for a walk-thru because I had a family emergency at the time. She still keeps us up-to-date on things we need to know and when we had a roofing issue during Covid, she sent me information on who to call to get that fixed!
