Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Shelly moved to Pendleton in 2010 after selling a company she and her ex-husband had together. She was supposed to stay for a year while transitioning the company, but she ended up liking it so much that she moved to the area with her family. She has owned homes in Pendleton, Fishers and Westfield, currently resides in Pendleton, and has spent time in Greenwood, giving her a nuanced and personal experience of the neighborhoods where she works.
As a former businesswoman, she understands the importance of having the right team around her. She loves working with her clients, especially first-time home buyers and those building and selling their homes. Shelly also does extensive work with VA loans and purchases, something that is very close to her heart because her husband was a Marine and her son is in the Navy.
